Spacious suites with kitchens are great for families. Happy hour from 5 to 6 PM with free drinks is a nice touch. The restaurant was too crowded during breakfast, making it tough to find a seat. Kids loved the playground, but the decor feels a bit outdated.

Excellent location for easy access to Disney and Universal, with a spacious room featuring a kitchenette. The pool and tiki bar were great for relaxation after busy park days. the staff's service left much to be desired; requests for kitchen supplies went ignored, and the breakfast experience felt chaotic. Room cleanliness was not consistently maintained, like broken soap dispensers and issues with the sink. While the amenities were appealing, a few management oversights made for a blend of comfort and frustration that detracted from an otherwise enjoyable visit.

The two-bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and roomy living area. Temperature control worked well, keeping the space comfortable. It was nice having two full bathrooms. The breakfast offered a good variety; however, seating was limited. The pool, with late hours, was a hit with the kids. On the downside, the carpets were dirty, and we had a few maintenance issues that needed attention. Housekeeping could improve, as we had to request towel service. it had great potential but needed some deeper cleaning and updates in several areas.

The location is awesome with tons of places to eat nearby and just a short drive to Disney. The pool was cool and free laundry is a nice perk. But the room could use some serious updates; the carpet was kinda gross, and I found some dust bunnies hiding under the couch.

Cleanliness and staff engagement were clear highlights. The pool remained spotless, and the breakfast options were diverse and satisfying—scrambled eggs, pastries, and more. our room had its issues. We requested specific amenities, but the response was lackluster. Clean towels were forgotten. The noise from the entry road was distracting, and limited washing machines made laundry a tedious task. Staff interactions varied; most were helpful, but some lacked professionalism and urgency. A kitchenette with missing essentials, along with a poorly draining sink, detracted from the experience. There’s potential here, but significant improvements are needed to meet expectations and ensure a comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic experience staying here, as it was just a short walk away from Fun Spot America, which is only about 800 feet, and there were lots of great places to grab food and drinks nearby like Dunkin' Donuts and What's Pho just a few steps away; the hotel itself was comfortable with ample amenities like a kitchenette, free breakfast, and friendly staff ready to assist, but the kitchen could use a few more utensils for a perfect setup.

Had an amazing time with my family! The room was spacious with a full kitchen, perfect for making quick meals. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options. The hotel's proximity to the parks was a huge bonus, making it super convenient for our visits. We loved lounging by the pool, enjoying drinks from the tiki bar, strong and affordable. Can't wait to return!
The building's appearance was not as expected from the pictures. The rooms needed updating, with dirty doors and peeling paint.

Our family had an amazing time exploring all the Disney theme parks nearby, especially Disney's Animal Kingdom with its thrilling adventures and unforgettable encounters with real exotic and fictional animals, including majestic dinosaurs.
My wife says that the hotel could enhance the family experience by offering more kid-friendly activities.

I visited nearby Gatorland and enjoyed a day in Old Town, even shopping at The Mall at Millenia. Breakfast was satisfying, and I explored attractions like Splash Mountain. Staff was professional. Beds? Cozy deluxe.
I just loved the old-looking carpet with gum - added flair to my chic room.

I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location to explore the local attractions, especially the new additions at Disney theme parks. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the accessible facilities on the 1st floor and the diverse retail and dining options at the nearby mall. The covered Sidewalk Café and the poolside bar added to the relaxing ambiance, and the daily fresh breakfast with plenty of healthy options was a great start to each day.

The carpeted floors were also in need of a deep cleaning, with noticeable stains and wear and tear throughout the room. One positive aspect was the comfortable beds and the convenience of the location, within walking distance to shops and other attractions in Old Town Kissimmee. The breakfast buffet was crowded and the food options ran out quickly, prompting us to venture out for breakfast on our second morning. We appreciated the competitive price for a 2-bedroom suite and the offer of free laundry machines, although the cost of soap and dryer sheets was a bit steep. The property itself seemed a bit rundown, with issues such as doors not closing properly, lack of maintenance on the walls and doors, and insufficient lighting in certain areas, making it feel less welcoming overall. We faced challenges with room security, malfunctioning amenities like the safe and tub nozzle, as well as cleanliness issues like baby ants in the kitchen area. the lack of adherence to rules at the pool area by other guests was a source of frustration. while there were elements we enjoyed about Royale Parc such as the location and competitive pricing, the overall experience left much to be desired due to maintenance issues, cleanliness concerns, and unprofessional staff interactions.

this place is so clean and close to disney - which made it easy for us to get there. it's also not too far from the beaches. the staff was super helpful, and they brought a crib to our room real quick when we asked.

the beds were soft and fluffy, and the jacuzzi and pools were clean and beautiful. the kids arcade and playground kept the children entertained, and the staff was incredibly nice. the location is convenient with restaurants nearby, and the breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality food. the spacious suite was perfect for our family, and the free breakfast was a fantastic bonus. the Tiki Bar by the pool added a nice touch to our stay. the hotel's central location made it easy to access amusement parks and other attractions.

The hotel is lit, super close to both Disney and Universal parks. We hit up all the rides - EPCOT, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom - it was sick! The breakfast was fire too, kept us fueled for our adventures!
Yo, the only thing I wish they had was a rad nightclub or party spot at the hotel. Imagine coming back from Disney, ready to keep the fun going, and having a lit party right at the hotel!

Rooms lack proper lighting, some have odd smells, and cleanliness can be improved. Thin walls, maintenance issues, and inadequacies in kitchen supplies.

We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Having a full-size fridge and kitchenette area was a big plus. The staff was friendly and quick to assist with any requests. The heated pool was a great feature, and we enjoyed the convenience of a 24-hour 7-Eleven nearby. The free washer and dryers were a lifesaver after swimming. The full hot breakfast had a good variety every day. Ample parking was available for our 3 cars. We would definitely stay here again.
The air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom initially had some issues, but the maintenance staff promptly addressed the problem and replaced the units, making our rooms comfortable.

We had a comfortable stay at Staybridge Suites. The spacious suite provided plenty of room for our family, and we enjoyed the clean pool area. The friendly and helpful staff made our check-in and check-out process smooth. I'll recommend this hotel.
